Comparison : A1600 vs A1200

what I have found about slightly difference between my old A1200 (FW: Amin's modified Persian gulf EE2) and my new A1600 (FW: 61.21 generic):

A1600; The good:

Hardware;

1- GPS receiver.
2- brighter LCD
3- flip door has two hinges at side which prevent of lateral bending of the door (which A1200 has a little)
4- MMC can be ejected while the phone is on
5- little Faster
6- better AF camera and flash( not important to me at least)
7- strap holes which found only on A1200R

Software; (which can be fixed...)

1- SUI (not important to me at least)

A1600; The bad:

Hardware;

1- bigger
2- LCD performance while using stylus is not as friendly as A1200
3- no socket for standard headset
4- Micro usb which means you have to switch from mini
5- camera button place is very hard to reach while using the phone with one hand
6- buttons in A1200 are easier to push

Software;

1- problems with mpkg and other apps (which will be fixed soon by motofan moderators )
2- awful voice English accent comparing to amin's FW
3- radio won't work without headset
4- service info comes as message
5- auto delivery is not default (which has been fixed in moded FW)
6- VR won't work with closed flip
7- no proper support from Motorola ( which we are all used to it )
8- GPS software is very useless when you can not build a map (need a third party or pc soft like OZIexplorer)

A1600; The ugly

Fortunately I did not find anything ugly

Bottom line;

If you have an A1200 it's little too soon to switch to A1600. however if you are wondering to buy a new Ming A1600 is a good choice.
