How to install any app. on A1600

Hi there,
I just bought the A1600 and I love it. I want to install any application I want on it, but every time I try I get message about an invalid application. Specifically I want Google maps. I emailed Motorola to find out about North American mapping, and they stated that there is nothing for the A1600 and probably won’t be in the future. So I have an A1600 with GPS that I can't use. Also I would like to load some games.
Anyone have any ideas? I'm somewhat of a nube, so detailed instructions for dummies would be much appreciated.

Use Instheme to Install themes.
But first you'll need MPKG Installer to install this app.
