Save the above and then re-start the phone and set the permission to "never ask".

NOTE... Have to set the permissions to never ask even if they already show never ask. Don't ask me why, but I think it has something to do with ensuring the changes are saved.

No way!, I followed all the steps and works fine the first time (I didn´t see if GPS was working, I put "center me" and nothing happends) but the second time I try to run the program, before the welcome screen apears, it ask for the internet connection and freezes!! (oh, my english sucks!)

Not sure why its not working for you... Do you have a GPRS/WAP connection at the time you run this? It shouldn't be asking for an internet connection if it is set to "never ask". Did you make sure to re save the permissions to "never ask" (even though they already show "never ask")? You have to save the old "never ask" again to get this to work.

Oh and your English is much more excellent than my Argentinian?! (probably better than my English too). LOL.

Yes I set "never ask" for all for all twice, I think that maybe it happens when my GPRS doesn't works (it happens frequently) can it be?

No way, despite my GPRS and GPS works fine, 8motions does´t works since the second time (I re- installed again), I don't know what happens.
I will try again with MgMaps (do I need to do the same with the registry?)
The only that seems to works is MapNav, but I don't know if the gps is working when I'm using it (I'm testing it) dis U know this program?

I am having maps of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore for my A1600 phone, but not able to use because it asks for a license key.... how do i get the license key, if known pls mail me at aniyaz@gmail.com

I have a Ming a1600. I called motorola support line and told them that I ordered this phone online as it's not released in the states. They did not have any information on this phone. I mentioned that the phone has motonav and I need maps of the us. The maps that they have come on 2gb as card, it has all the software on the card. It cost $80. But they sent me one fee with free shipping. Problem is it won't load on my phone because files and the exe. are cab. Files, theses files are for windows smart phones. When I check the as card with file explored I can see all the information, but when I launch motonav it doesn't see any of the maps. When I put the card in that came with it it sees all the maps on the card as there in irl format or something. So I don't know how to get motonav to work.
