radiocomm and rsdlite aren't detectiong my a1200

hi guys

i was installing a new theme on my a1200 when it hung. restarting and taking out the battery didn't help. now it hangs on splash screen. i posted this problem on this forum and some suggested that i should flash the firm ware.

But the problem is since it hangs on splash screen and doesn't go any further so neither my pc nor any of Radio comm or RSD lite detect it. and when none these programs can detect my phone how can i flash the firmware.

is there any way to get out of this problem?

and by the way the firmware is 25p.

so I guess my phone is gone and it won't work again.
