    i believe the phone must be in usb modem mode not net, try connecting it to a different usb port and be sure to have the mpt that came with ur phone cause for some reason other mpt dont have the drivers for it.

    the usb mode set to usb modem does the trick...

    Please update on this, I am running windows vista, which is making things complicated. I cannot get my computer to install a driver for the phone. I am dumb to computer lingo, please help.

    download the latest drives from the download section. Its under pc applications. I just recently helped my cousin set up his E6 with his vista machine.

    I connect my Phone and the MPT detect it an the First Image Appears then phone is not found (Second Image), search for update but I used the latest version of the software.


    Please Help.

    Thanks Alpha installing those drivers worked for me! Victor you should try Alpha's suggestion.

    I have the same problem with my MPT. Initially I had Xp and recently updated to Vista, I can see phone picture on screen but can not use MPT. plese help me out....!

    try using the default profile, cycling MPT has also worked for me in the past
