HT820 headset(hongkong) skipping : possible workaround ?

Hello friends ,

I bought HT820 from hongkong seller and it skipps every 10 secs.

I tried to flash it , and obviously it cant enter flash mode.

I searched many sites , and found this >>

Can someone develop some workaround for ming so that it stops skipping? Like some seem edit or flash ?
because it is really annoying and am not sure that i am only one with problem..

I have the same headset and the same problem. I tried posting several times trying to get some help but no luck. Mine work with every other phone that I have installed them on and pc. Just does not work with the Ming. If I find anything out I will let you know.

I think some experts here can play with A2DP seemedits and help us get rid of this skip which is not tolerable

kavin, i had the same problem with the headset .. I got them from Ebay Hong Kong ... took them to radio shack and they returned them to motorola for me and gave me a new pair.. had to pay $20 for warenty. I think they were FAKE.

Or where can i get cheap , as well as non skipping headsets for around $75 ?

the new ones work.. no skipping.. I dont know if i was just lucky or if all radio shacks will do the same thing....

Hey guys,
Jus like u all, i luvd the HT802 and bought it eventually.
Ever since i started using this headset my bat life goes for a toss. Moreover when i try to use the radio even when the headset is paired and set as the default headset i get an error msg sayin "Please connect the headset". Could some pls lemme know whats the fuck up with this headset? N also could some one recommend me a better battery... or is there a way that i can find out whether the bat provided along with the fone is a fake one or the original. T Hanx for ur help guys.
