Hard reset and master reset grayed out . . . .

I need to make a hard reset and master reset, but the options under setup are grayed out and can´t choose the options to do it, how could i make a hard reset in the a1200 ?

there is no way so i would flash the phone since it seems you have no other option... But make sure you have the right firmware... And keep in mind there are three versions of the phone..

A1200, A1200i, A1200r

This should only be grayed out if there is no SIM in the phone!

I have attched two script files in the script.zip extract them and execute them in the phone using proper application better use smartasst
