radiocom help please

hey guys, im new to the ming and i just wanted to seem edit a few things, but i cant get my phone to connect to radiocom. i connect through the usb port and i cant get radiocom to recognize my phone.
every time i send something to the phone i get a timed out message saying it cant communicate. also on the top right hand corner the icon is red.
i appreciate any help, wondering if there is another usb driver i have to dl??
also Motorola tools communicates fine.

look in C:\Program Files\RadioComm\RadioComm v10.3.1 for a file called Motorola Driver Installer_v1.5.0.0

make sure that your phone is not connected to your PC and install Motorola Driver Installer_v1.5.0.0.

That should fix your problem.

After you install that program you then need to run it to install all the drivers. It'll be a new start menu item.

I didn't need to run the moto driver program in the start menu after installing it for some reason. I just started radio com and it worked fine after going through the driver install process again. Maybe it's different for other firmwares, I'm using 24p.
