missed call alert

Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I recently purchase the ming phone. Beside some minor problem, I love it. There is a question I wanted to ask and hopeful there is people in this forum who ran into the same problem as me. My ming phone does not notify me when I have a missed call. Before, I notice an exclamination mark on the screen telling me I have a missed call, but now it does not. Is there a setting that I deactive by mistake?

Tap above right for dial pad then bottom left menu>setup. If "reminder on" is checked it should be active.
Maybe restarting phone helps if it's allready checked. Or maybe deactivte and then again activate it again (if that's not enough restart phone again).
