Which apps in particular are causing the problem? Opera and Googlemaps for example seem to install a license and everytime I flash my phone I have to reinstall them.

Another method you could try is take all the JAR files out of the .system/java/midlet200xx folders and reinstall them.

when your looking at your applications click on the menu and choose memory status, how much space do you have?

Can you copy a file from the tf to one of the directories on the phone?
    or
Set your camera to save to the phone memory and see if it saves when you shoot a pic.

Sounds like a bad version of the mpkg installer, I think there are a couple around on the forum, try getting a different one and see what happens.

For example with the one that I am using if you delete the Contest file from the application directory (why its there I dont know) it will give that exact error when you run the app.

i tryed with diferent versions but all seems to do the same! i also tryed to .sysmtem folder of a phone that have already mpkg intaller working! but the same error

i think is a kind of permission that i havent that allows apps can be installed on the phone!
