Default A1200 MacOS X telnet via usb or bt

I've tried using LeoPPP with the AJZaurusUSB driver (via versiontracker.com) but have had no luck. I have also struggled with the btppp from LeoPPP with no luck. Anyone using an A1200 MING and have this working on Tiger 10.4.7? I don't seem to be able see the driver in 'network'. Thanks in advance

    best,

    Stephen

i havent had ANY luck doing anything with my ming on mac os x. its funny since its supposed to be a linux phone, and yet its so hard to get it to work on a *nix os, like mac os x.
if you find anything out about telneting to it or updating firmware on mac os x, please let me know!

I don't know if I've really understood what you were looking for but I have a Ming and I'm on Mac OS X Tiger and I can share file on Bluetooth with no problem , Blue Phone Elite also work , but sending SMS doesn't work , don't know why .

Share files with USB mode seem to be hard because , the removable disk which appeared doesn't work because it appear but after this the colored wheel appeared and I can't do anything

Except that I had no problem

    Shigeru,
I am able to send and receive files via bluetooth, it's telnet that I have the issue with, now. As an interesting sidenote, I was able to send a 185mb wiki cramfs file via bluetooth using 46p & macOS X Tiger 10.4.7...this firmware isn't supposed to be able to handle large files via bt...dunno.

So TELNET via Bluetooth or USB on MacOS X, anyone having luck?

The Zaurus MacOS X driver is broken.

I've patched it and managed to get into my phone for a few days but now I've encountered a new bug that has me locked out again.

I haven't had time to trouble shoot the latest issue yet, but I'll get around to it soon.

    scotty,
I need more power! heh~couldn't resist. I'm stoked you've got it working at all...I noticed the product ID wasn't correct for the ming in the ktext/info.plist, I changed it and tried it, but it still doesn't init upon connection of the usb cable. Do you mind shooting me a PM and letting me try it out/help? Are you one of the DSITRI developers for AJZaurusUSB?
