    is everyone stuck with the headphone not flashing blue? If you just insert USB without pressing backward+forward button, do you get a HID device installed message from Windows? If not, may be there is different hardware versions or something.

    I thought all HT820 should be flashable. Anyone successful at all?

    My version is SYN0948A. It doesn't do anything when I plug them into the pc.

    omg. it works. wonder why this wasnt placed in the e680i section? haha. lucky i happened to come by here since i was interested in changing phone

    Glad I can help I didn't know that HT820 has problem with e680i, I thought the skip problem is only with A1200

    How did you get your headphones to flash?

    in e680i, the headphone would sometimes disconnect by itself. when reconnected, it keeps skipping until i re-bond it.

    hmm. hold the music forward-backward buttons together and put in the usb cable until he headphone lights keep flashing,

    I have sucessful with the first time, but in the 2nd time, when I want to reflash my HT820, in the window upgrade action, I choose the last: "restore the previous version of the firmware". After a sucessful flash, my HT820 is now die. I can't turn the power on, I can't make it in to flash mode anymore. The blue turn on but not flash!
