I can get the phone in MBM mode (red Screen) but when I plug the phone in my USB ports I get the message NS FLASH Bulverde and then a pop-up that says Windows could not load the installer for USB. Anyone have an idea whats going on? I did unrar the motopcdrivers but was not able to install them. It keeps saying unable to install Hardware.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? The boot module on my phone is: BOOT_G_00.01.89P_HAINAM

I'm trying to use RSD Lite 2.7, 2.8 or 2.5 and nothing working. Mobile phone tools work perfectly.
Ok All for some strange reason I started P2K and plugged my a1200 in and all the drivers installed. I was able to flash to 46p and it completed successfully. Now my problem that now I get no cingular bars the antenna is on phone seems to function fine. GPRS in enabled. Has anyone had this happen to them?

    Can anyone help?
Never mind it's working now, I turned on and off the Atenna a few times and the bars are now working. I'm such a NOOB!

Have you opened up rsd lite yet? Remember it will probably ask you to install the drivers once you start the flash.. that has happened to me alot.

heres something that has happened to me,
i flashed from 44p cm branded to 46p generic
and the same thing that happened to buster about the superfile flash thingy happened to me as well at the end. well i was pissed so i needed a beer and left the phone plugged in and came back about 10 minutes later
i unplugged it and manually restarted and it started up with the animated hellomoto screen and everything was reverted to default minus the chinamobile stuff, i still got the monternet icon and everything is still in chinese writing(tones) and language pack still chinese and english, only the vr doesnt load up any language and when i did the firmware check it said 44p still, im thinking i should just reinstall rsd and stuff and redo it again, oh well sucks to be me btw i did change the language to english from automatic :P

Dear V, Thank you so much for your easy enough guide for newbie like me. I am new to this forum and following your guide I updated the firmware from 44P to 46P successfully. I need to pick your brain on your knowledge. does Ming capable of listening real player or MP3 song thru the bluetooth earpiece? Is there any way to make the phone louder with the 46P firmware or do i need to update to Yans 53P firmware..and do you know what is the password.
Thank you so much for your time,
    Regards,
    Daniel Tan

    Hey Daniel,

You CAN listen to your MP3's through a Stereo BT headset. You can however listen to them through a MONO BT headset too! All you do is go to your applications screen, then hit the Voice Commands button on the right, when the guy starts talking, go to the menu on the lower left hand side, go to end task, and check Voice Commands, you should then be able to listen to your MP3's through a Mono BT!

As of right now, were all trying to find a way to seem edit for the gain table mod to increase the speaker volume.

As for the Yano firmware, its China Mobile branded and you'll get the VM bug (but you can seem edit that now), as for he PW, I dont remeber, someone DID provide it, you'll have to search one of these threads.

    Hope that helps a little.

if your trying to flash your phone.. you dont have to manual put it into bootmode. With recent versions of RSD lite it should automatically do it for you. Just plug it in and begin the flashing process. That should make your life easy!
