Don't do all that just install the MOTOROLA PC USB DRIVERS (latest)

and it will take care of everything while you can get problems if you use manual installation of drivers using .inf and .sys files...

so better download the latest PC USB DRIVERS and install it........

Thanks! ^_________________^ Funny I was able to flash my Moto Ming before and yet I forgot this one easily. I'm really waiting for Amin's latest firmware for A1200e. Hopefully he release the final release soon. The beta is already good as it is, but could have been better if some of the bugs were removed.
