For those of us that are more technically challenged , is there any way to download themes to my phone like a Java program, instead of having to change the programming on the phone?
...like does someone else already have formatted themes that they can post for download?

Has anyone completed a full tlinux theme for the a1200?

Here you go, I forgot to upload this a while back.


This is the Tlinux theme that eakrin posted originally, the only difference is that I took the standard large icon and made a copy of it for the animated icons. That way when the icon is highlighted it doesnt revert to the original. They are not animated at all but at least the skin feels more complete.

Has anyone tried making there own new themes yet? I have no artistic talent what so ever so I will convert a couple of the e680 themes but thats about it.

I have a simple question.

I bought a China Mobile A1200 but really hate the on/off screens created by CM. All I need is just to replace them.
Since I found the power on/off screens are only related with the two files on.gif and off.gif, is it possible that I just copy those two files to the folder "/mmc/mmca1/themes" and overwrite the originals?

It's a little complicated, do I need to creat files. or folders after installing your software? I'm good at theme design but not program

I tried to install the TLinux theme and I was successful one time but then I changed some stuff in my .system folder I think and now when I try to install the same theme I either get the startup and shut down gif animations or nothing at all. But I always get the default icons on my phone and the numbers on my keypad are incomplete and there are no TLinux icons. Do I have to open the .ezx file or move it somewhere or something? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm new to this, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
