[INFO] Skins & Themes - How to Install Skins/Themes

I have only StartUp and ShutDown Screen showing up from TLINUX THEME. Nothing else? No Icons etc...

the programs install it to the proper location.

I copied the large icons to the _ani.g so the china mobile ones dont show when highlighted in the tlinux theme provided and it works ok. I will post that later.

I havnt had any luck with the ones I completly converted myself, I think its a problem with the format of the pskn file.

which are the icons on this theme and where do i find this folder i supposed to copy them to/

in A1200 just copy skin folder (that you downloaded like Gnome-Bluecurve for A1200) into MMC. and open .pskn file with Skin Installer. in skin folder should contain 3-4 files

1. .pskn file.
2. iconres.ezx
3. .skn file
4. logo file in jpg or png (optional)

you can put this folder anywhere in MMC or in phone memory. Installer 'll takecare path when you install it.

and in A1200 skin is mean iconres.ezx and .skn file. but theme is mean wallpaper, poweron and off screen.

I got the tlinux theme to load, along with the startup/shutdowns to change out of the china mobile ones finally, but the icons still pop back to the china mobile ones when highlighted.... whats the fix for that?

yep, coz this TLinux (that i posted) is a tester for Theme and Skin Installer. It was not completely ported to A1200. wait for your guy to do it.

what program used to extract the file iconrez.ezx?? can provide link to where i can get so i can make changes to it?
