I have HP iPAQ Bluetooth Stereo Headphones and I don 't hear any skips but I hear little crackling on background with some songs. I think it's because of this headphones is designed to work with HP PDAs and doesn't support other devices officially.
I just got these headphones and they work awesome with my pc but when I connect them with my A1200 and play music they "skip" about every 15 seconds. I was thinking it was an mp3 issue so I converted some songs with the motorola conversion tool to the .rm format and....Same thing. I did the new Firmware upgrade, posted by Silvio, and still the same problem. I guess the bluetooth streaming of music is too much bandwidth for the phone to handle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!!!!

What size is your memory card? Are you running any other apps while using the headset? It might be skipping because of buffer errors.
i have the same ht820 bluetooth headphone and it worked great for me. no skipping at all. I have 1 GB memory card.
sorry this is a bit off topic... but with the ht820 and the a1200 can you connect both the profile for listening to music as well as the handsfree one or can the phone only support one bluetooth connection at once. And does the ht820 actually need 2 seperate connections to be able to do both functions?
I have been advised to power down the phone and turn it back on to resolve this issue. Hope this helps!
my a1200 does the same thing as well, it does skip, hopefully there's a fix for it soon.
and it doesnt matter what size card you use, cuz, i've put an mp3 right into the phones memory and still does the same thing. this sucks!!!
Sounds to me to be a firmware related issue, with some phones playing MP3 over Bluetooth no problem & some skipping; it would prove interesting to list the firmware versions.
I also have a 1GB Memory card and just upgraded to the 43 firmware. I am going to use the 44 update and see if it fixes the problem.

ya, just got my ht820 headphones and mine skip too, what do I do. this sucks, powering off doesn't help, I did get them from $60 (ebay)hong kong and they look like they are not made well. wonder if I buy the ones on the shelf at radio shack for $120 if they'll skip. what do you think, anyother suggestions?
