Sorry I am an A1200 noob. I dont know what is missing.
But pkg/mpkg is tar.gz so I would suggest to extract a package which was installed successful. And compare the x.desktop file with the one from bluez. Then adding all missing entries save in utf8 format and repack bluez and try to install it again.

Ok the bluetooth chip is on but not right configured.
Type following in the console and check with hciconfig if still no mac adress assigned.

    Code:
    insmod /mmc/mmca1/local/lib/modules/bluez.o
    insmod /mmc/mmca1/local/lib/modules/hci_uart.o
    cd /mmc/mmca1/local/sbin
    ./bton
    ./ezx-hciattach
    ./hciconfig hci0 up
If no address is assigned run /mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownload/bluezx/scripts/bluezx_shutdown.sh to unload modules and stop hci or restart phone. After this try the following in the console. It should now show a mac-address otherwise report some errors or strange behavior.

    Code:
    insmod /mmc/mmca1/local/lib/modules/bluez.o
    insmod /mmc/mmca1/local/lib/modules/hci_uart.o
    cd /mmc/mmca1/local/sbin
    ./bton
    /usr/SYSbt/mbtdload /dev/ttyS1 1 921600 <mya1200btaddr> 1 0 -1
    ./ezx-hciattach
    ./hciconfig hci0 up
mya1200btaddr is something like this 010203040506 you can take any valid address you like or look on the sticker inside your phone.
