MMS Failing To Download

Before I get started I'd like to say Hi to everyone and that I hope your day goes great. With that being said, I ordered a brand new Motorola Ming on Ebay and put in all the browser settings and mms settings. And before I forget i'm under AT&T. The internet works fine but the mms is iffy. At times it sends mms out and others it doesn't and keeps failing to download the messages that are sent to me. Could someone help me out here cuz I'm lost and I don't know what to do. Your help would be greatly appreciated. And i apologize for the repetitive question. Thanks.

I could never use mms on my Ming as the settings received from my network never worked. Well, I'm not guaranteeing this would work, but under settings>data network go to your profile for mms and try perhaps port 8080 - if it isn't set to this already. My network's settings gave me port 9201, which didn't work.

It's worth a shot.
