My Phone Restarts

My phone restarts every now & then, i don't know how to solve / correct this.

Please help me to rectify this

Check if the power off button is stuck or something and also check if the fiber flip is making contact with the power off buttons. I remember reading long back that there were a batch of phones that had this problem.

If ur phone is under warranty take it to the nearest service center and ask for free service / replacement.

Take out microSD from your phone and power the phone on if problem solved, Make a backup of your TF (Backup of your files only not .system folder) format it (with pc) install it again.
I had this problem someday and solved it this way

Interesting!!! I wonder why the contents of the TF would cause the phone to restart, may be some app installation was not correct or some reference was wrong. Did u find why it was happening? I'm just curious to knw why thats why i'm asking.

you know MINE was doing this recently although I was having several OTHER problems as well, turned out my TF was corrupted, works fine after formatting.

guys my ming is almost 2 years old and i m too facing the same issue. can anybody solve my restart issue.

Did you try the suggestions/solutions given by other users here? If nothing else works, examine your flip to see if there are unusual scratches on the flip around the region that covers the call end button.

BTW, does your phone just goes ooffr does it restart? Give more description of the symptoms.

Hi,
the symptoms are weird some times it restart and some times if the mobile is in my pocket and i take it out to call some one i see its already shut off.
some times if the mobile get some external pressure while riding the bike or travelling in a public bus than also it shut downs or restarts.
every time my calender and time is reset to 1970 calender. when this happens

Are you using the original battery or some gray market replacement? Even I'm running on a gray market replacement and even my phone goes off if pressure is exerted near the contact point! I guess its something to do with the battery contact point and not the phone!!!

About the date getting reset to 1970, its time to replace the internal battery that keeps the clock running even if the phone is switched off.

how to replace the internal battery can you help me. i don't think the battery is of grey market its original. what according to you might be faulty.
