Default How to hide third-party PKG apps installed?

    Hi fellas,

I want to hide an installed app from the phone's application list. I don't want to remove the whole entry from the CardRegistry in case I'd like it restored later. Instead, I focused on the "Visible" property in the app's entry. Normally, all apps have it set to 1, I switched it to 0 for the particular app and it was still there in the list. Any ideas?

    What is this profileman?
And can we use it without flashing the firmware?

Dude, thanks but there has to be a less troublesome method! You see, I have no intention of changing to another firmware in the near future.
