Problem on compiling with EZX Crosstool

hi dudes.
i just want to use ezx crosstool,
but as Eakrin has said, I need these three packages:

Requirements.
1. install Cygwin on Windows XP with 3 optional packages. Cygwin is here

I think you are looking at a tool than is used to compile applications, not themes. See the EZXCodec in the making a monsterpack sticky for themes. The EZXCodec can help with the iconrez file used for theme icons.

Do not download cygwin files. Download and run cygwin's setup.exe. setup.exe will download packages and install them. I have perl version 5.10.0 in my cygwin. It is under perl and called perl again. it is called perl->perl in your list.
