a1200e + OTA +web

Hi All

I've Ming a1200e
firmware R541_G_11.52.14R

1) I can't get it synchronized with either mobical.net, sheduleworld.com nor others free Syncml servers.

OTA setup is correct. The phone connects, says
Authenticating ...
and than says
Unable to connect to sync server ...

Have somebody successfully synchronized a1200e this way? If so where and on which firmware?

2)on my linux box I have SUSe 11 and virtual box 2
I've installed MPT on virtual box (WinXP sp2).
But MPT can't see the phone. Also WinXP says smth like

The new device was not properly installed ...

When I browse via Device Manager I see it as mass storage device. It says that device is unable to use. If I turn it off and then turn it on it becomes visible and I can browse memory card of the phone. But MPT still cant see the phone.
Have somebody tried to sync a1200e with MPT on virtual box?

I connected to mobical.net and succesfully sync-ing now .. I'm in India

Phone should be in Modem mode for MPT to 'see' it.
