A1200 Making Calls by Itself

My girlfriends Ming is making phone calls with the flip closed while it is in her bag...no one touches it and it will just make random calls. I searched the forum, but cannot find anything...any idea what this is or have you heard of this?

strange issue, maybe you need to flash your phone to fix this

i had the same problem,
i got my phone flashed, i got C2 track amin's extrem and now its all good

This is just a guess! Check if the VR is on!!! if yes then its translating the noise that its hearing to some contact and making the call!

I'm saying this b'coz, when I first got the phone, I tried to use the VR to make calls and it would pick the perfect wrong no to call. May be its my Indian accent or something, the VR just didn't call the correct person and it would pick up surrounding noise and start calling.

If its not the VR then try to flash to a diff FW.
