    Red face Quick Reply Text

Anyone knows where is stored text for Quick Reply on SMS. I'd like to change this as I find it very useful.

If noone knows I'll start digging and post it right here...

    Edit:

Scratch that ... found it already, it's located in /usr/data_resource/quicktext
Tho if you want to change it, you'll have to use mount --bind

Hey MeanEYE - I'm just curious to knw y you can need the storage path for the autoreply text? You can add auto reply text just by using the options in the messaging menu. Its very simple doing it that way and u don't have to do a mount --bind! Just try exploring.

Because you cant remove (at least I dont see how) the default ones and I hate scrolling down to my own ...

Tho after using a mount you cant use interface to add/edit items from quick reply

Sure u cannot remove pre-installed ones, but I somehow got mine to stay on top of the list! I don't exactly remember how I did it, but I got my auto-replies to stay on top of the list and even use it when I've send a quick reply with the flip closed.

I'll c if I can find what I did and 'll update u if I find it!!!

Edit: Until then just put a space in front of ur message and it might stick up in the top of the list. just give it a shot..

Naah, putting space will not place them on top since there is no sorting mechanism in there...

Anyway it's much simplier this way ... I dont change/add quick replys so often... so it's fine to stay like this ... if you find it tho, post it, someone else might need it!

My Ming is broken and I've not been able to get it repaired due to high cost of service here (service center is asking for more than 1/4 th of the cost of a new mobile, to get it repaired.) I'm currently using ASUS P320 and hope it repair it after sometime.
