In principle it is not very difficult. The only tricky thing is to remove the flip and this is still shown in this thread.

hello.....i have completely disassembled A1200. Now as it is not working anymore as i gave it a short circuit, How can i use the camera and speaker seperately?? and the touch screen??
can i use camera in someway to make it wireless and so put it in my flying toy helicopter??
anyway? through bluetoooth or somethign?? and touchscreen?
what should i do with these??

Thanks Nodramachick and everyone else who contributed to this awesome thread. I just changed my old Ming to the housing I received on Monday from cnn.cn and all systems are up and functional.

help.. I dis assembled my a1200 using this guide, however when I put the phone back together I get a moto screen at start up then it freezes.. I can't do anything else.. any suggestions?
