Amin's Amin's Persian-Gulf El dorado LP with the same splash

I saw this in motofan.ru It looks like Amin's firmware. The diffferences i saw was for the usb modes. There are only 3 usb modes for this whereas amin has 4 modes and the other one is the change in startup animation.Some more applications are preinstalled in this one.
The 2 bugs show are:

Can any one tell me whether this is a new firmware or a mod or something. I am interested to know more. Amin's EE2 has bugs the major one being the delay in answering calls. Is it fixed in this one?
