Q: What is best fw for A1200e?

Hey friends i currently have the FW 541 g 11.53.04r and i really would like to change it to a different FW since this one doesnt have any type of MPKG reader or how u call it. and i was wondering if anyone can tell me which one is the best or the most convinient FW fow my current a1200e thankx!

You won't be able to use MPKG with your firmware however you can flash to one of the E Track Monsterpacks that HAS a super utility installed or allows for the installation of one. take a look at the Guide to Firmwares and Flashing you may also try to install smart assistant, super manager, super assistant or wondermoto2 see FAQ sticky for info and download link. all of these utilities will allow you to install PKG apps

yeah i know but the thing is that those packs are only tri band... oh well thank i guess ill have to try..... i wish amin would make one of his great monster pack for this one...they are so good...i use to have the a1200 on a c2 track with amins elite pack but they stold it i guess i have to wait until someone makes a cool monsterpack for this one

They aren't ALL tri-band. There's a bunch of information on that Sticky that isn't 100% accurate.

There are a couple of monster packs for the a1200e that you might try....

I know it's a bit of a pain to read translated russian, but you might check the motofans.ru site. They have quite a few (excellent in my opinion) FW's available. I need to get off my butt and post them with links here, but maybe some other time.

Also, the Chinese site, ccmove has some good FW's for the A1200e.

R541_g_11.52.14R is the one I currently have on my phone. It's pretty cool. It's quad band. You can find it on the Russian site. There are a few others on the Russian site that I'm going to try sometime in the near future.

are you using 14r 0R 14r_U2? also notices on motofan.ru that there is a 14r_u3 any info?

I have the 14R_F6 at the moment. No information on those as of yet.
