If I understood correctly you want to share Internet access on your PC with your a1200.
if yes you can install enet2.pkg and then connect via proxyserver (windows-PC) to the internet.

Sorry but the original application is in chinese, I had to translate it in english first
You need aditional software with windows:
1. proxyserver (charles or AnalogX)
2. bluetoothsoftware (bluesoleil or widcomm)

How to use it?

first, i have substitute enet2_eng with new version (translation was not complete).
hier my little guide:

Enet2 is a program that allows you to share the Internet connection with a PC using a USB cable or Bluetooth system.
It should work even sharing with samba and telnet.
How to use it?
On your Phone start Bluetooth service
On your PC start Bluetooth-software and pair it with your phone using same PIN (passkey)
If its correctly paired, you can make an refresh of avalaibles services on your bluetooth-software.
Now you need to assign one serial port COMXX(SPP) to your device (phone) when an application opens the port il will connect automatic.
Then you need to create a new connection in windows (advanced shared connection) using assigned serial port to your phone.
configure max speed to 921600 and name it Bluetooth.
Now you start Enet2 on your phone, pushing Start, Bluetooth, Internet.
doubleclick on your new connection "bluetooth".
On your phone you see now a pop-up window with the request of an SERIAL-PORT.
Confirm with OK. Now on the phone you see another screen with the request to insert your DNS.
insert your DNS save and close window, if you not now the DNS you can check it using prompt (MSDOS) and type : ipconfig /all
your connection is now active.
Now you need to create a new connection on your phone.
configure new data connection name it :bluetooth for APN:cmwa and gateway ip :192.168.8.101 port :808 (depends on your proxyserver)
start your proxyserver and configure it with the ip from phone (192.168.0.100) and ip from gateway (internet-connection)
Now you can start your browser on the phone and connect using the new createt "bluetooth" connection.
