Which provider are you with?
I have been having an issue recently where my phone only rings maybe twice and then the call gets sent to voicemail. It only started perhaps over the last week, but now I don't even have a chance to get the phone out of its holster before the call gets forwarded. I am not sure if this is a Service proovider issue that I should take up with Tech Support (although the Ming isn't supported on my network so they may just blow me off) or if there is somewhere on the phone that this can be adjusted.
Running Mishka's 24xp30 FW.

I am with Rogers up here in Canada. I have spoken with the tech support group and they did a network refresh for me (they told me to turn off and remove the battery for about 15 mins while they did whatever on their end) This worked for a day or so, but now it is back to doing it again. I have a couple of mp3s set up as custom ringtones for certain individuals (about 30 secs each) and they don't even play completely through before the call goes to voicemail.
I am not sure where it is controlled how many rings a phone does before going to voicemail - but I suspect it is at the provider level - as it does exactly the same thing even when the phone is off (The fact that your provider was able to temporarily fix your problem would back this theory up). Have you tried putting your SIM card in a different phone to see if you have the same issue? If so that would eliminate the A1200 as the cause.

I know this is going to sound sort of like a dumb suggestion, but I thought I'd put it out there.
You mentioned that it would go to voice mail even before you take it out of your holster. Does it only happen when you're using your holster, because if so- and its magnetic, that could be the problem. Sometimes it will just hang up on the person and send them to voicemail, when your phone passes the magnet. I only say this, because this used to happen to me, and by switching holsters my problem was gone.
