Discussion: Does 4 GB card works in A1200?

it is a PNY and I just bought my ming so I only have 135mb used up so far. it shows on properties 3721mb free. ?? I am new to all this "modding" of a cell phone so ?????

ok if it's telling u the free space then certainly it
is reading the complete 4 GB. which is quite a shock for me....

Its surprising! m not sure how its working but a long time back Alpha mentioned that 4 GB cards uses a different format than 2GB cards. It may work but only after some modding.

But in the end, if its working without any modding then its cool to all of us to have 4GB cards in our mings. I'll see if any of my friends have a 4GB card, i'll definitely try it and inform u guys.

So, is A1200 FAT16 capable? I think is FAT. Could be problems when writing beyond the 2GB ...
