What makes you think it is a monster pack - from the little info you provide it looks like generic 24P to me (Read the Guide to Firmware if not sure what am referring to)
I realized my phone's FW is a monsterpack: BP:R532C2_G_11.30.24PBP
Is this a problem? Was I ripped? or what?

FW1: R532_G_11.00.53P
FW2: Hybrid e16Xr
Service: T-Mobile
I found it on the board saying that
"• If you see different firmware numbers on line 1 and 2, this means you do not have an original firmware from Motorola, but some form of modified firmware (monsterpack). A common one is:
R532_G_11.00.59P
BP:R532C2_G_11.30.24PBP
which is one of the 24xp monsterpacks (the "x" is not displayed here)."

Ah - you did not provide that critical little piece of info that you have different versions displayed on line 1 and 2 in your first post. Yes - it looks like you have a monster pack - possibly one of Bints. This 59P/24P hybrid has started to appear on a few new phones. Where did you buy it?
As far as ripped off, probably not - you can always flash it to something else if you do not like it.
