    Ok...thank you for posting that...

Here's what I can tell ya...

Its the phone not connecting to RSD correctly. RSD cant get the phones interface to respond. The file is probably fine.

How quickly is it failing? Does it happen right away? Are you putting the phone into MBM mode before you connect it or after?

I ask these questions because its clear that there is a disconnect between the phone and RSD.

    1) Put the phone into MBM before you open RSD or connect it.
    2) Connect the phone via USB when you get the red MBM screen, but try a different USB port than you used previously.
    3) Wait a tick and see if it tries to load a driver.
    4) Open RSD and make sure it says CONNECTED.

I tried doing with a different usb port, It asked to install the drivers again, Did it, Restarted Flash Process, got to where it says phone is retrieving data or something like that, Got to 100% Then got the flash not found error again.
This time it erased all settings on phone. Got everything working now.
Tried everything including what nodramachicks suggested "again" But still no incoming MMS.

Well what in the heck is wrong with your Ming?!?! Why wont it take a stinkin' flash like its supposed to?

Im at a loss. Have you tried maybe a different firmware? Maybe there is something wrong with the one you downloaded. Although it looks, from the errors, to be the phone having issues...its possible that when its trying to format the boot its snagging.

Also, I just noticed that you are using a REALLY old version of RSD. Upgrade that to 3.7. If you still fail with the track youre on with 3.7 RSD, then you may need to try a C2 track.
