u may needs to install motorola drivers,
download at http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/l...d=42&linkid=87

after install motorola drivers into pc windows,
restart your pc windows and A1200 as well,
it should be ok by now ........ hope do help.

That link doesn't work for me. I see other driver links in other threads, but this is the only one that mentions the webcam driver.

EDIT: nevermind, I was clicking on chinese characters not "Motorola Drivers"
