HELP:Volume Increase PKG and SmartAss

Hey everyone, i've been searching the forum for hours trying to find out how to install the volume increase PKG using smartass but no help. i know that the PKG has issues when installing with smartass and the APP:Smartass thread that supposedly says how to get around it on page 3, doesn't have anything about it at all. i would just like to know step by step how i would install the volume pkg. any help is much appreciated. thanks again

volumeup.pkg is the only reason why i stil have MPKG installer on my phone !
it HAS to be installed through the MODIFIED MPKG (i.e., mpkg installer modified by addin a new mpkg.lin as described in the sticky) n canNOT be installed through smart assistant !
