Help: Ming Hangs And Does Not Restart !!

I have been using my ming for 7 months now. never had a problem till last monday. my phone hung while i was forwarding messages, so i restarted my phone, but it din start. it again hung with the "HELLO MOTO" pic in the background. so i took out the battery and replaced it after a few seconds and switched on my phone and my screan started blinking with grains (as seen on TV when there is no signal). after several attempts the switched on. i took it to the service station and got it flashed to the latest firmware( that's what he said) i think it is .08pbp. now the problem has started again. what should i do. is it a sowfware glitch or some hardware problem. please advice. expecting reply soon.

If you just had it flashed and the problem started again, then it sounds like a issue with the phone. (I am assuming that you have not played around with changing the themes or skins - which is a big cause of this problem). I would try the 3 trouble shooting tips listed at bottom of FAQ sticky (master clear, etc) - and if that does not work, take it back in to Service provider.

thanks kiwi, since i had this problem i tried flashing to the same fw (.08p), but i get an error -->"the device failed to re-enumerate". not many have had this prob so not much info about this error in this forum. and one more thing we can activate the MBM mode it is enough to press VR and power button alone.

tried flashing with blints.08p, it worked.but againg the same prob. what should i do.
