Hey I'm new to the site, but I purchased my Ming from Smart-Mobile-Gadgets a little over a month ago. I tried emailing them and didn't get a response. The phone # posted on the site though is The owners cell phone I believe. I talked to him a couple of times and I decided to finally go with them. I have the A1200e and am very happy with it and Smart-Mobile-Gadgets.

By the way, I want to thank msandiej and others for recommending the site.

On this thread, you will fine some retailers that are mentioned here as well as others and some pics of off branded phones. OP mentioned Tiger Direct but they only have white and european versions so you may have troubles with the charger (you can always buy what you need elsewhere or use a USB cable to charge). Ebay is safe as long as you use common sense. Also, make sure you ALWAYS check feedback left for sellers before you buy.

The thread looks interesting. Thanks for the person who started this. I am really really interested in buying a ming. So, I have been doing some looking around on the net and on some stores getting a first hand feel of this phone. But, My concern which is bothering me is of the usage of this phone to browse the net. When I mean browse, I mean really cruise say Youtube stuff.

So, Can this phone support such speed. I know a lot of this depends on the network support. But, I couldn't find anywhere on the manual or spec of this phone saying EDGE, EDGE being the most fastest mode of transport available today in the market.

Anyone's advice on this subject will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton in advance.
