I got no error, but it's not doing it. So, I tried to change permissions on the file itself and its directory, and its parent directory which I WAS able to do. So basically starting with usr all the way down to the file itself, I gave full permissions (rwxrwxrwx) and then tried to copy the file again from the SD card (after changing its permissions also). Still no luck. I can't remember if uppercase letters in a filename are significant - I tried to rename (using mv) the file on the SD to uppercase but that didn't work either. I did that because the file in the phone's memory is all uppercase.
The point is, I was NOT able to copy the file from the SD card to the phone's memory, overwriting the usrlanguagefontsAMCSL.TTF file. So if there's a way to do it, I would appreciate any help.
