Help: All apps disappear from SD card

hi guys,
this is happening to me the third time
when i click no some .pkg file and restart my ming after the bell, all the apps. on the memory card disappear
there is no specific file which causes the problem coz this time i clicked on the exmms.pkg file that came with rockbox and this problem occured
and when i connect my phone to pc and check out all the files i find that it exists there


my fw is .12p i upgraded from .08p coz the same problem occured in it too

problem is not wit the fw but wit the .system on memory card
similar situation is discussed under http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/s...ewpost&t=13881
so delete the whole .system from mmc (after a backup) download n copy a new .system file (from MPKG package) n start installin all the applications again
this worked for me as i too had same problem few months back

try using smartass or superman from now on to install the pkg's & lin's. They don't cause this problem.
