Info: Rockbox/a1200

Abt doom, on its thread there a controler set up, but i know that if u press the joytick buttom u get into the game menu and then u can start a new game

Someone's got to know the answer to this - is the RockBox directory created in the root directory of the SD card in order to install the program, is that directory still being used by the program? If not, can it be deleted?

It is the heart of rockbox! The pkg package only a launcher to rockbox.

Installation and worked fine in my ming with FW .08P

FM does not work. video failed to play. Doom rocks.
Touchscreen not available yet so difficult to handle at many places.

My kids laughed a lot after looking that Funny Animated avatar of yours.When they started laughing I could not also stop. he he he.

BTW, who are the developers of Rockbox here. I did not find info about A1200 version anywhere on official rockbox site http://www.rockbox.org Seems the developers at official website of rockbox have created it only for iPODS and some models mentioned over there.

I may be wrong but I think that, blackhawk or someone else here just modified it to work on A1200, and no actual developement is going on for A1200/E6.

Well my 2 cents here...

RockBox was always meant to work as a independent device firmware.. but it was blackhawk who started porting it to our mobiles and use it as an application.

He has shared his code with rockbox developers already and there is a little thread on rockbox site about using it as application which mentions blackhawk and motorolafans too.. but thats about it..

thanks for information. i did not knew that. blackhawk rocks. Is there any further developements going on in rockbox for ming/e6? can we expect some updates on rockbox in near future?
