My A1200 is Frozen after Theme Install

Hi guys! sorry for my English, I have a problem. I found a new topic on the phone. and it is now dependent. I can not enter the menu. that do help! !

ok... if you screw up you device with a theme all you have to do is flash it... which FW did you have?
in the stickies are the guides to flash and FW download links

Hi,

I tried to install a theme (iphone2.lin) after installing with linloader, i tried to restart the phone.
I switched off the phone and i switched it on.
my phone got stuck with MOTOROLA logo itself it is not getting in.


please help.

if you are going nowhere try flashing the firmware
search previous posts they might be of some help

sent85 - shame, shame, shame!! If only you had read the "Guide to Flashing your A1200" sticky at the top of the forum before using linloader to change your theme you would have known that you ran a good chance of freezing your phone using that method. If you read the section on changing Themes and Skins in the sticky you will learn exactly what went wrong and why. The only fix is to flash your phone! Luckily there is an another excellent sticky "Guide to Flashing your A1200" that will walk you though the process in detail.

First of all i should say this site is excellent .also i have intalled so many software to my phone..worked well.

i must say thanks to alba and his team for excellent work ...keep it up.

now i come my probelm....after i installed theme with new skin installer , and than i restart the phone to turn on my A1200 and it's coming up with hellomoto screen and nothing happens.it say still on the screen

pls help me to bring my phone to normal ....i love my a1200 very well..tks

Welcome to the forum cba. Unfortunately you have frozen your phone. Read the Guide to Modding sticky to find out what went wrong. (Did you use Eakrin's skin and splash installer??)

The only solution is to flash your phone. Read the Guide to Flashing to get instructions on how to do this.

[Also for future posts - can you put a meaningful title. If everyone just put "Please Help" the forum would become useless. Thanks]

kiwiguy, i guess he used earkins skin installer, as he wrote new skin installer...

anyway, before flashing, remove the battery, & insert it after 5 mins... if the fon boots, then no need to reflash... otherwise do as kiwiguy said
