Click on that link.... and read the ENTIRE fist post on that forum, it will explain everything. basically you need to download a few things, then hook up your phone to your computer for about 20 minutes while it works its magic... then you will be back to normal. Just read that thread, it will give you all the details on how to fix your phone.

in the future use eakrins skin & splash installer (found in the guide 2 modding sticky) 4 ur theme installation and u shouldn't have anymore problems

its not that difficult...
1.Click on downloads at the top of the screen
2.Click on Software/Applications
3.Download RSDlite ver 4.1
4.Install RSDlite
5.Go back to downloads
6.Click on a1200
7.Click on Firmware
8.Pick one and downlaod it
9.Turn your phone on while holding down the camera button
10.You should have a red screen on your phone
11.Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable
12.Open RSDlite
13.In RSDlite, Open the Firmware you downloaded
14.Press Start
15.Wait until it says its done

MBM Method #2: With your phone turned off, press and hold the "Center Joystick Button" on the face of the phone and the "Voice Command Button" on the right side of the phone. With these two buttons pressed down, press the red "Hang-Up / Power Button" once. Your phone will turn on and enter MBM Mode. At this time you can connect your phone via USB min cable to your PC. Go to RSDLite and click "Show Device."
