It's R532C2_G_11.30.30P, so looks like you can flash back to 24p but nothing else.
Can I load this firmware on top of my 24xp? Just wanted to be sure, I don't want a brick afterward, thanks.

    Thanks!
The firmware installs and runs fine...haven't noticed anything different yet although it seems to be more stable than 24p which locks up on me every now and then.

The download link above works...you just have to try it a few times because they limit the number of connections. I can't get rapidshare to work with Windows Vista; otherwise, i'd upload it there.
Do your apps (pkg apps like yan0's mystuff, screencapture or ekonsole) installed before with 24p work?
    Does MPKG work?
Yes, I've tested MPKG, LINLOADER, IPHONE THEMES, GBA emulator...they are all working on the 30p firmware. Yes, I upgraded from 24p successfully.

P.S. This firmware is running on an XP theme (like previous firmwares)...so the icon names have been renamed from its China Mobile names to more "generic" motorola icon names which is GREAT!

i'll wait till we have some more clear picture of this firmware.
i've a few questions in mind:
-how's the music now (playlist, graphic equilizer), is it any better?
-Camera performance, is it still blurry?
-Video performance (frame rate, size etc)
    -backward compatibility
    -third party application support
    -games support

Like any fw file, it's about 50MB. We can attach only up to 20MB in forum posts.
    I thought you know why
