Linux Ming (jffs2 11R - firmware)

Hi....
My current firmware says:

I've flashed my A1200 from whiteming2 to linux ming...

This firmware is really good...
But, I have one problem.. My GPRS is not working properly.. By default, the sign shows E..When it shows G, my gprs works properly.. but the moment it turns to E, my browserstops loading page..
Does this firmware already has EDGE enabled in it??
So, can anyone tell me how to remove E sign, as I have not activated EDGE.. So, its not necessary...So, Please help me to remove E and put G instead of that....

hi thanks for this wonderful firmware.. its been really adventurous to explore especially with rw command. i wanted an opinion from you please.. my first 2gb fat16 partition of 8gb sdhc works erratically. when i record videos sounds or take pictures or write new files through phone only it gets corrupted. sometimes even fails to delete or format partition. it works fine in card reader and no bad sectors. but my old 2gb card works fine always. what might be wrong?

I posted for you another worldclock (with script for check if now work fine).
So check if DST work fine now (if work fine I will expain for replace worldclock).

You changed your BP, so this can be your problem.
My a1200 (i C2 track and a1200e) work fine with gprs (my operator, Vodafone, only work with gprs).

I keep 8gb sdhc with 3 partitins (3,9gb fat32 3,9gb fat32 and swap partitions)
So you can make first partitions also fat32 and chande ID (fat16 with fdisk).
Strange your SD 2gb don't work fine.
Please explain what wrong.

I'm more of a NWBE than i thought.
i copy(ed) the unzipped files to my root of my sd, reboot(ed) after that if i've not missed any step still won't work.
in eKonsole the same error and in time-> option the same thing...won;t save.
Any other way ?

you got it wrongly translated probably.. my 2 gb card works perfectly well..
only problem with 8 gb sdhc.. anyway dont bother and enjoy more time with your daughter!
