Novin , the connection is ok, even i went to china mobile office they also tried but still not working. i have reflashed f/w few times but still same.

Is it working on other firmwares?
Try connecting the mobile to the computer and use modem to connect to internet using EDGE on mobile and let me know the results

Novin, its working with other f/w even with yours 1.5 . i can use it with computer too , but can't browse in mobile

ARE U USING THE INBUILT OPERA BROWSER OR OPERA MINI?
some times due to to network congestion and incompatibilty the internal opera browser does not work well... (it doesnt work fast on my network either... but on wap it is super fast!) so please try connecting using Java based browsers such as opera mini and let me know results...
anyways the problem is carrier specific and not with the firmware as such... your carrier might not be very compatible with this base of firmwares... does it work with epinters version 2.0?

I have a question about the fw "R541L7 Version 2.0": It has native support for SDHC cards 4gb or 8gb?

No it does not have native support for SDHC but U can replace the CG33 file with SDHC kernel.
I have not implemented because there is some problems with the charging through USB cable
