Farsi Arabic custom firmware for a1200e a1200r

Hi dear Rezaarie,
I maked this firmware this summer and all preload applications work fine.
Problem it"s library (so Motorola maked not compatible for running RTL).
Maybe preloading different libs we can run some applications.
But I don't speak and I don't understand Farsi Arabic.
You see interest or help from users Farsi or Arabic?
No, there is like always few interest.
I love Motorolafans, but not the users.
Want an example?
I posted LinuxMing firmware (also supporting Farsi Arabic for sms, ecc.).
Nobody asked me a version for the keyboard, or perhaps helped fingerpad.
Nobody has made a fingerpad Farsi Arabic and I can not understand the symbols.
I maked a try now with LinuxMing replacing standard fingerpad for russian fingerpad and edit config for some arabic letter.
But how can I help if I do not understand Farsi or Arabic letters?

I'll be really glad to help u.
First:as u know persian(farsi) and arabic are right to left.
Persian has four extra letters it means when u have persian keyboard there is no need for arabic

I tried your firmware last night it worked fine, all the Persian typing and SMS sending worked fine, I tried to send SMS to T-Mobile and Iran-cell and both were alright.

For the friends asking for Persian keyboard, In the firmware that I downloaded It is right there, It is silly but if it will solve your problem here is the screen shots.

It seems that Realplayer, picsel and Opera are old versions Can you upgrade them in you firmware ?

Not problem for change keyboard image.
Problem it's replacing Opera, Picsel etc. because library are not compatible (rtl).
Maybe more easy make this firmware jffs2 and search with LD_PRELOAD make some edit.

Hi all,
I maked an edit version full working RTL.
Thanks to my friend Amin who sent me the files needed for the Farsi language (keyboard, strings,...).
Here some screenshot.
Preload applications works fine (also tested internet, bluetooth, ecc.).
Also tested new epinter kernel (works fine with mass storage)
Some problem running some native applications (ekonsole, ecc.), but the firmware it's RTL.
If you are interested to try it can upload.

p.s.: DiskFree it's good about check the free space before installing a theme and after (restoring original with default1_skin.pskn)

Hi Marco!
I'm really sorry for this...!
But the problem is that I and lots of other Persian modders work a lot on RTL base and finally I think we should build a new ROOTFS that could support RTL!
We think the problem is main Front end and massaging application! because these application doesn't support RTL and we didn't find all of dependencies of these application in main libs for porting them to other firmwares! Actually I already use your JFFS2 firmware for developing and testing!
But as you know this firmware has critical problems with applications and I think this is the reason why no body interested in!
I and lots of other Persians really interested in RTL firmware and if you think this firmware could be fixed we can launch to it and work together to solve this firmware problems!
I'm waiting for answer! :d
