Good job! I believe I'll have to try this F/W. Very interesting...
I believe the only downside is the default theme.

I guess you can; as long as you give novinsab (and optionally motorolafans) credit

    nin3:

    1) You can apply your own themes with the 'Themes' software in the extra tab. I implemented the original A1200 theme because it maintains the integrity of the device and represents originality. Plus, the theme is designed to enhance graphical interface for A1200.

    2) I would appreciate if you spread this firmware.

Going to give this one a try. I've been using BlackMing SE which is a really good FW except for the annoying delay when answering a call (3 seconds) and the delay when selecting a ringtone. This one looks good, my original FW was 11.56.11R but it wouldn't allow install of .pkg apps. Thanks, I'll report back with results after kicking the tires and driving it around the block.

Here are the pros and cons so far:
Pros: Fast Menus, no delay when selecting a ringtone or answering a call, Good RF, Full EDGE (not EGPRS), Bright Backlight, Good Sound, Realone w/equalizer, Screen3 (if you can get it to work), Camera Autosave, Radio w/out headphones.

Cons: Startup / Shutdown gifs are reversed (says hellomoto on shutdown), FTP must be activated to use the Mass Storage setting otherwise it will cause the phone to freeze, Camera has low framerate (even worse if Nightmode is enabled). Many of the included Apps like FTP/USB Network (Samba), CPU Processor (Overclock), Information (System Info), Console (EKonsole), Swap, Internet Sharing (Telnet), System Explorer, and Themes and Skins Changer are all installed seperately. No need for all these to be installed seperately taking up space on the phone when they can be used within MLauncher or WonderMoto from the T-Flash card.

Summery, this is a good firmware but it's really cluttered. I like that it actually has Full EDGE which is better than EGPRS. Only has the standard 3 skins with low quality icons. This can be an awesome FW if things were a bit tidier (orderly) and had an really nice default skin like BlackMing with high resolution icons.

    Scotsman828:

I have implemented the softwares like CPU, Swap, Sysinfo, Themes, etc. to make it a part of the phone rather than accessory applications. This firmware is designed for those who want their phone as it is and are not really into modding to install applications.
The icons are indeed a bit blurred because I converted all of the animations to very simple animations to speed up the menus.
About the camera framerate issue, I have not yet really looked into it. If there are any other users having the same problem, I will look into fixing this.
Now, based on the feedback I have got with the issues of the firmware, I am going to change the theme and the icons with better ones (BlackMing most probably). So there will be two versions of the firmware with different themes.

    Thank you for your feedback.
