if i download jar ex: mxit
with web browser.i cant instal file.the browser say..
invalid package.
my old java like operamini from the old fw can't access file on my memory..

I maked now i try with standard browser, installing operamini4.2 just for check.
All works fine with no problems (i can select if install in the phone or SD and category) and install correctly.
So, if i understood correctly your problem, all it's ok
Standard browser can access phone and memory.
For install .jar .pkg thath are in SD use Assistant

No, only a1200e and a1200r (as reported in the first post)

I downloaded the program with standard browser ( file .jad concerning program you posted as selecting E6 model, since there is no option for a1200) and the program download and install correctly asking for phone or SD and category). I also tried to open it with the icon once downloaded and it works.
Please do not ask again about testing programs (especially java or where the model a1200 is not present), since this is a section regard to problems related to firmware and bugs.
I think you have installed this firmware seen you write here (it would be better if you specify the model given that the signature does not appear even a1200).
Edge: if it was activated will not lose

today i moved to this firmaware.
Honestly speaking did't find lots of new things.
as of now i've just noticed new wallapaper and extra USB mode and rest looks same as captive_C2.

Sound is better though.
also Edge was automatically enabled in my handset.

Battery life isn't great.
it has the 3 seconds delay in calls, which is very frustrating. Any remedy for this issue>?

Hi,
first i share this fw just working for a1200e (captivus only C2).

Concerning your question like in first post:
Maybe a "delay in answering" about three seconds (sometimes it happens to me), like in other firmware with AP R541L7_G_11.00.16R, but for me it is not a big problem because i answer by pressing the center key with flip closed and then open the flip, so not having any problems ( i like flip closed options).
About the calendar working properly and possibly if you see a mistake (wrong date) when entering a new event just go to Time -> Setup and disable Daylight Saving Daylight Saving Setup On

I asked tmp_do for fix and help this delay problem in answering
(no reply at the moment)

So:
- Radio works without headset (i don't know regard captivus)
- Calendar works fine
- Telnet works fine (for me it's important)
- MotoID works fine
- It's very easy config bash2 (i don't know under captivus i just prefear install and change Konsole.conf)
- I like Assistant Lina (for me better then lina2)
- strace inside (for debug calling system)
In conclusion for me only have to fix delay in answering (all R541L7_G_11.00.16R have this problem)

hey dude... your FW is good. no doubt.
the only thing is call delay. If that gets sorted out then this could be called as one of the coolest fw's around.
