I would not say contradictory but you just downloaded the themes and did not know how to use them?You saved them to the Phone w/o knowing the use?

You should have first read the stickies and the entire modding process for installing themes.As addu provided , please go through it to know the basics right and do not post unrelated queries in the thread , create a thread separately for it if you can't find the answers in the guides.
