Your using the wrong version download the a1200/E6 version an there is a res zip inside,extract that an use the res folder to replace yours.

Thanks for the skin. I do agree with eakrin on the status bar and compose message icons.

One thing I did find is that the "Accented" keyboard image is replaced with Russian language. This is a problem with my phone because I have EMEA LP with spanish, french, italian, portugues. If you'd look at the original iconres of firmware, there is already a file for russian language called "InputW_KB_RUS.g.gif" and "InputW_KB_RUS_Caps.g.gif" so there would be no need to change the accented image to russian because if you have russian language pack it will read from the RUS files for the keyboard image.
